About

Hi. I'm a software engineer. Welcome to my corner of the internet. I work on Go microservices at work, and compilers and audio/video related stuff in my spare time. I mostly write about software engineering and other things I find interesting.

This site is split in two. Blog holds the long-form pieces, and Notes is for everything shorter: a thing I worked out, a footgun I hit, a paragraph I'd otherwise lose.

The majority of content on this site (~85%+) is human written. AI assistance is occasionally used to clean up prose or code examples.

You can find me on GitHub, or subscribe via RSS. If you want, you can also email me.
